Keith is a commercial real estate broker specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. In addition, he has a background in selling distressed income properties, foreclosures and notes representing banks and investors. He enjoys working with individual investors, partnerships, investment companies, and development companies.
Keith started his career in real estate brokerage in 1995 and has transacted more than $500 million in investment properties and lease transactions. Previously he was a partner at Beverly Hills Realty Group and was a top producer at Sperry Van Ness in the Brentwood office and the Lund Company in Omaha, Nebraska. Keith is a native of the Los Angeles area. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS®, and the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS®. As an alumnus of the University of Southern California, he earned a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in the Entrepreneur Program.
